Protein and Energy, Together
Solvent extraction removes most of the soybean’s oil. Aviro retains more of this valuable energy source alongside its protein: Gold retains the natural oil, while Prime retains a smaller proportion after mechanical pressing. Our meal offers both protein and energy in one ingredient.
Mechanically Processed
Our meals are made through controlled extrusion, with expeller pressing for Prime and no solvent extraction. Carefully managed heat treatment helps reduce naturally occurring antinutritional factors, while batch testing supports quality checks. Current specifications and relevant batch results give your nutritionist the information needed to assess each product.
Less Reliance on Added Oils
The oil already present in Aviro can reduce the amount of additional oil needed to meet your feed’s energy target. Depending on your formulation and ingredient prices, this can help offset the higher meal price. Compare the total cost of additives, including purchased oil, to see the full benefit.
Prime
Produced through soybean extrusion followed by mechanical oil extraction. AVIRO Prime has a high protein concentration and is intended for animal feed formulations.
