Executive: Sales

Responsibilities
Responsibility for sales of Poultry Products viz. Day-Old-Chicks, Poultry Feed, Soybean Meal etc
Developing and implementing marketing plans
Developing sales channels for distributors and dealers
Ensuring collection of receivables as per agreed terms for services provided.
Coordination with hatchery and feed mill to ensure timely delivery of orders to the farmers.
Liaising with local authorities, cooperatives, farmer unions.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Agriculture or related fields.
MBA in Agri-Business Management or related fields is preferred.
Hands on experience in working with farmers, growers, or poultry raisers at base level.
Fluency in English.
Confident with operating computers and web applications.
Comfortable with regular local travel.
Keen to learn on the job, and comfortable with commiting to the company for an extended period of time.
Pay and Benefits
USD 900-1200 per month (Tax-Free Savings in India)
GHS 2500-3000 per month local salary
